Dramatic Pause opens cold and bitter with pink pepper, orange blossom and olibanum, then catches fire as burning bakhoor, clove and cardamom rise over benzoin, elemi, eucalyptus, iris and vetiver. Crushed dark grapes add a haunting, fermented sweetness before Australian sandalwood and musks leave a trail that is creamy yet bone dry.
