Yes — where available, 2ML samples are listed as a variant on the product page. Select “2ML Sample” from the size dropdown. This is a great way to test before investing in a full bottle.

We don’t currently offer formal payment plans, but Shop Pay Installments may be available at checkout depending on your location and order total.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at eric@kaleidoscopeannuity.com if you need to make a change.

The Index is our curated selection of new, in-box inventory — factory sealed, never opened, full retail bottles. Every product in the Index ships in its original presentation with no wear, no missing components, and no compromises.

Yes. Every bottle in the Index is new in box — unopened, factory sealed, and in original presentation packaging. These are not testers or display units. What you receive is exactly what you’d expect from a brand boutique.

The Index carries new, sealed retail inventory. The Collectors Exchange carries pre-owned testers from Eric’s personal collection at reduced prices. If you want a pristine, gift-ready bottle — shop the Index. If you want to experience a rare scent at a lower price point — shop the Exchange.

Yes — where the brand ships with presentation packaging, that packaging is included. Product listings will note if a bottle ships without a box (some niche houses do not include outer cartons by design).

New, sealed Index products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the factory seal is unbroken and the product is in original condition. Once a bottle has been opened, it cannot be returned. See our full return policy for details.

The Collectors Exchange is Eric’s personal collection of pre-owned testers — bottles he’s personally worn, studied, and lived with. Every item is individually inspected and condition-noted. These are not mass-market resale items; they’re curated from a serious collector’s vault.

Fill levels are measured and listed honestly per product. We don’t inflate percentages. If a bottle is listed at 90% full, it is 90% full. Photos are accurate representations of the actual item you’ll receive.

100%. Every bottle in the Exchange was purchased directly from authorized retailers or brand boutiques by Eric personally. Authenticity is non-negotiable for us.

No. The Exchange is non-restocking by nature — each item is a one-of-one from a personal collection. Once it’s sold, it’s gone. We recommend moving fast on anything that catches your eye.

We ship across the United States. International shipping is currently not available but is coming soon. Sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping launches.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

All bottles are individually wrapped in protective foam, sealed in leak-proof bags, and boxed securely. We take fragrance shipping seriously — breakage and leakage are extremely rare.

New, sealed products from the Index may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Exchange items are all sales final — no exceptions. Please review listings carefully before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos at eric@kaleidoscopeannuity.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

No. All Exchange sales are final. We strongly recommend ordering a 2ML sample first when available, or booking a consultation with Eric before committing to a full bottle.

A Scent & Style Strategy consultation is a one-on-one session where Eric learns your preferences, lifestyle, and aesthetic to recommend fragrances tailored specifically to you. It’s not a generic quiz — it’s a real conversation with a serious collector.
