Kaleidoscope Scent Index ships orders from our store and fulfillment location at 208 N Walton Blvd, STE 10, Bentonville, Arkansas 72712.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. New releases, promotions, holidays, or unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.
Shipping and delivery
Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on the order and destination. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking information is provided after shipment when available.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, weather, transportation interruptions, and other carrier delays may affect delivery. Please contact us if tracking indicates a delivery problem so we can assist.
Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee a change after processing or shipment has begun.
Product presentation
New-in-box retail bottles, tester fragrances, samples, travel sizes, and discovery sets are identified on their product pages. Testers may not include standard retail packaging. Samples, travel sizes, and KSI-curated discovery sets are independently decanted and packaged by Kaleidoscope Scent Index.
Damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders
Report damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect merchandise within 5 calendar days of delivery. Email eric@kaleidoscopescentindex.com with the order number and clear photographs of the product, its packaging, and the shipping box.
Returns
Return eligibility varies by product type. Unopened and unused new-in-box retail bottles may qualify for return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Other fragrance formats may be final sale. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for the complete conditions, process, and exceptions.
International shipping
International availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when offered. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and destination-country charges unless checkout states otherwise. International orders are final sale except when an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
