Refund policy

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care items, all fragrance sales are final.

Our fragrances are pre-owned and/or opened items from a personal collection. For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any fragrance purchases.

Please note:

    •    All items are sold as described

    •    Fill levels are shown or clearly noted on each product page

    •    Packaging condition (with box or no box) is disclosed

    •    All fragrances are stored properly in a controlled environment

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the item is final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

    •    Your order number

    •    Clear photos of the item and packaging

    •    A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will work with you to make it right through a replacement (if available) or refund.

Additional Notes

    •    We cannot accept returns based on scent preference, performance, or personal taste

    •    We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery

    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable
