INDEPENDENT RETAILER & BRAND AFFILIATION

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kaleidoscope Scent Index is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized representative or distributor of the fragrance brands featured, referenced, reviewed, displayed, or offered through this website.

All brand names, fragrance names, trademarks, logos, product names, and other intellectual property referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party brands are used for legitimate product identification, description, commentary, review, comparison, and informational purposes.

The presence of a fragrance or brand on Kaleidoscope Scent Index does not imply a partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or other official relationship unless we expressly state that such a relationship exists.

PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

Kaleidoscope Scent Index represents the fragrance products offered for sale through our store as authentic.

Our inventory may include:

Full-size fragrance bottles
Manufacturer tester bottles
Independently decanted fragrance samples and travel sizes
Kaleidoscope Scent Index curated discovery sets
Products sourced or fulfilled by independent retail partners

The specific size, concentration, condition, presentation, and other relevant details of a product are described on the applicable product page.

INDEPENDENTLY DECANTED SAMPLES

Fragrance samples, travel sizes, and discovery-set samples prepared by Kaleidoscope Scent Index are independently decanted and packaged by Kaleidoscope Scent Index from authentic fragrance products.

These independently prepared products are not manufactured, bottled, packaged, sponsored, endorsed, or authorized by the original fragrance brands unless expressly stated otherwise.

The original fragrance manufacturer is not responsible for Kaleidoscope Scent Index's independent decanting, packaging, labeling, marketing, sale, or fulfillment of these products.

Customers purchasing a KSI-prepared sample or decant are purchasing fragrance that has been independently transferred from its original fragrance bottle into a separate sample or travel-size container by Kaleidoscope Scent Index.

TESTER PRODUCTS

Products identified as TESTER are authentic fragrance tester bottles.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the individual product page, tester products are sold without the manufacturer's standard retail presentation or retail box.

Tester packaging, labeling, caps, boxes, or other presentation details may differ from standard retail merchandise.

Customers should review the individual product listing before purchasing for information regarding the specific size, condition, presentation, and contents being offered.

THIRD-PARTY SOURCING & FULFILLMENT

Kaleidoscope Scent Index fulfills products from our own inventory and may also offer select products sourced or fulfilled by independent retail or fulfillment partners.

Certain products may be fulfilled through suppliers connected to our store using Shopify Collective or other legitimate fulfillment arrangements.

When a third-party fulfillment partner is responsible for an eligible product, that partner may package and ship the product directly to the customer on behalf of Kaleidoscope Scent Index.

As a result, orders containing products from multiple fulfillment locations may arrive in separate shipments.

PRODUCT IMAGES & PRESENTATION

Product photographs and images are provided for identification and illustrative purposes.

Fragrance manufacturers may periodically change bottle designs, packaging, labeling, boxes, caps, or other presentation details.

Additionally, tester products may differ in presentation from standard retail products.

Customers should rely on the individual product description for information regarding the specific size, condition, and presentation being offered for sale.

Unless specifically disclosed otherwise, opinions expressed by Kaleidoscope Scent Index represent our independent editorial perspective.

Where content involves a paid partnership, sponsorship, gifted product, affiliate relationship, or other material relationship requiring disclosure, we endeavor to disclose that relationship in accordance with applicable requirements.

The inclusion of a fragrance in editorial content does not necessarily indicate a commercial relationship with the fragrance manufacturer.

PRICING & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing, availability, product descriptions, sizes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

In the event of an obvious pricing, inventory, or product-information error, we reserve the right to correct the information and, where appropriate, cancel or refund an affected order.

FINAL SALE

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all purchases from Kaleidoscope Scent Index are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, customers should contact Kaleidoscope Scent Index within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
