Spearmint, blackcurrant bud and davana open sharp against incense and styrax, then African mint, clary sage and vetiver carry it down to blond tobacco, dates, burnt labdanum and birch.

KSI Take: Menthol against a heavy tobacco and date base should not work, and it does. Long, strange and worth the sample, though the burnt labdanum and birch are more assertive than the queenly framing suggests.
