Naturalistic fig with salted caramel and a mineral, slightly beachy finish.

Bergamot, lime, honey pomelo, French clary sage and fresh ginger open fizzy and green, almost like cola. Fig takes the heart with coconut, white champaca, mimosa absolute, tuberose absolute, muguet, heliotrope and jasmine, and the base turns mineral and salty with oakmoss absolute, ambergris, salted caramel, hinoki wood, sandalwood, musk and patchouli.

KSI Take: The fig here is genuinely naturalistic rather than the usual milky dessert version, and the salted caramel keeps it from going sweet. It is a flanker to Eau de Vertu but the more rounded fragrance of the two, and it is also the most wearable thing Angelos makes, which means it lacks the strangeness that draws people to this house; a summer daily wear.
