Buttery orris, praline and cacao dust sketched over vetiver and resin.

Forbidden Sketch opens with pink pepper and olibanum, then settles into its heart: Moroccan orris butter rich in irones and an iris accord, buttery smooth and warmed by praline, myrrh and vanilla pods. Bourbon vetiver, patchouli and a dusting of cacao shade the base. Warm weather draws out the woods, cold brings the cacao forward, and no two wearings are quite the same.

KSI Take: Elegant with an illicit edge, like graphite on paper smudged by warm resin. The powdery iris heart can feel like a lot to iris skeptics at first, but because it shifts with the weather it earns a place in the rotation year round.
