KSI Take: The trick here is temperature. The opening is genuinely cold, all salt and citrus coming off wet rock, and then coffee and cocoa arrive underneath without ever tipping into dessert. Oakmoss keeps the whole thing bitter enough to stay serious. The most wearable of the three and the one most likely to get asked about.
