Ginger and lime fizzing over young wine and black tea.
Madagascan ginger, Italian lime and bergamot open with real carbonation, helped by an ice wine accord and Federweisser, the cloudy new wine still fermenting. Chinese black tea, ylang ylang, red mandarin and neroli keep it floral and slightly sweet before Moroccan Atlas cedar, patchouli and amyris settle it dry and woody.

KSI Take: The wine accord is the whole point here and it actually reads as wine rather than generic fruit, which is rare. It is also the part that fades first, so the last few hours are a fairly ordinary tea and cedar drydown, and this is one to wear in warm weather when the opening does the heavy lifting.
