Bitter orange and coconut collide with a dry tobacco leaf.

Bitter orange, coconut and grapefruit open sweet and sunlit, then orange blossom and a raw tobacco leaf note cut in and turn it darker and slightly bitter. Benzoin, musk, black amber and vanilla close it out smooth, though the tobacco keeps a faint dry rasp all the way through.

KSI Take: The citrus and coconut opening is genuinely likeable, but the tobacco note in the heart reads as sharp and a little dirty to some noses rather than smooth, and that split is exactly why opinions on this one are so mixed. Wear it in warm weather during the day, when the citrus has room to lead, since the tobacco can dominate on skin that runs warm.
