Bergamot, pear and apricot open bright with a cool flick of peppermint, then ylang ylang, jasmine and linden blossom fill the middle. Vanilla, tonka bean, leather, Peru balsam and sandalwood settle everything low and close to the skin.

KSI Take: The peppermint is the clever part, a green edge that stops the fruit and vanilla collapsing into dessert. Leather and sandalwood give it somewhere to go once the florals fade, though anyone after a crisp ylang soliflore should look elsewhere.
