Bergamot, a ginger CO₂ extract and Indian cardamom absolute open bright and faintly fizzy, then Damask rose and frankincense build an airy, slightly metallic heart. Musk, labdanum, fir balsam and tonka bean settle it into a soft, honeyed drydown with real projection.

KSI Take: The frankincense is what saves this from being another clean skin musk, and the rose gives it an edge that most fresh musks never find. It does read soapy on some skin, close to an expensive floor cleaner if you are unlucky, so sample before you commit; it is at its best in daylight and warm weather where the brightness works in its favour.
