Pistachio, cardamom, black pepper and a flash of pomegranate open the scene, then settle into a heart of fig, a powdery violet and iris touch and cashmeran wrapped around vanilla. Sandalwood, vetiver and ambergris give the drydown a dry, faintly salty finish rather than a dessert sweet one.

KSI Take: This is vanilla for people who do not want to smell like a bakery: the pistachio and fig keep it nutty and green, and the ambergris dries it out beautifully. It wears close and can read a little linear on some skin, so apply generously; it moves from daytime into evening in any season.
