Saffron, champaca and beeswax open into a dense heart of damask rose, prune, dark chocolate, tobacco and leather, with Thai oud and ylang ylang thickening the sweetness into something heavier. Musk, oakmoss, ambrette seed, smoke and incense close it out dark and resinous, with a fir balsam edge running underneath.

KSI Take: This is a dense, unresolved composition rather than a smooth one, closer to a lot of ideas layered on top of each other than a single clean idea, and that density will read as muddled if you want something more linear. Wear it in cold weather when you want an intense, long lasting oriental leather that keeps changing on skin, and expect strong longevity to go with the complexity.
