Powder settled on cold stone, then woodsmoke underneath.

Bergamot and carrot seed give the opening a raw, rooty edge, with olibanum and myrrh close behind. Raspberry softens the orris before Cambodian, Indian and Bracheen agarwood take over, closing on patchouli, vetiver, sandalwood and Peru balsam.

KSI Take: Iris and oud usually fight each other. The carrot seed bridges them here, so the powder stays cool rather than cosmetic and the agarwood reads smoky instead of barnyard. It is the most serious composition the house has released and it is priced to match.
